Tree clearing costs Bangor Hydro $150K in court

A couple with a home on Goose Pond has won a $150,000 judgment against Bangor Hydro-Electric Co. after suing the company for having trees cleared from a nearby property.
The couple's complaint took issue with the company hiring a Freeport construction firm to remove trees on 4 acres of a 600-acre parcel adjacent to the couple's property along Route 1A in Dedham, according to the Back to article
