Landlords can expect better negotiating positions in 2012

I am an admitted real estate nerd. I like talking about it. I like reading about it. And, obviously, I like writing about it. So it should come as no surprise that one of the highlights of my year is the annual Maine Real Estate & Development Association forecast conference where I presented on the industrial market.
