Ex-business owner pleads guilty to fraud charges

Mohdi Ali, the former director of a home health care business in Lewiston, yesterday pleaded guilty to using false information to obtain MaineCare benefits. His business, Decent Home Care Inc., was raided by federal agents in 2009.
