Mercy Hospital contractor facing lawsuit

The parent organization of Portland's Mercy Hospital has tapped Chicago-based Accretive Health to provide management support services at the hospital. The company, however, is being sued by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office for allegations that the company posted debt collectors in hospital emergency rooms and patients' bedsides.
