Kittery business owner floats water taxi idea

A southern Maine restaurant owner and tour boat captain has proposed a water taxi to ferry people between Kittery and Portsmouth while a new Memorial Bridge is under construction. Kittery town officials are working with Neil Odams to find a downtown site for the taxi to operate.
