Losing gas project co. files complaint

The losing bidder in a state project to supply natural gas in the Augusta area has filed a complaint with Maine's Bureau of General Services.
Summit Natural Gas of Maine had proposed a $150 million project with 435 jobs and service to 15,000 customers, but lost out to Maine Natural Gas Corp., which proposed a $19.3 million project with 46 jobs, according to the Back to article
