Auburn contractor lands $889K Opera House contract

H.E. Callahan Construction of Auburn has won the lead contract for the $1.1 million rehabilitation of the first floor of the historic Norway Opera House.
Callahan submitted the low bid of $889,000 to beat Ganneston Construction Corp. of Augusta and Great Falls Builders of Gorham, whose bids were in the range of $903,000 to $945,000, according to a report in the Back to article
