Gov. Paul LePage delivered his second State of the State address last night — this time, to a Democratic Legislature (MPBN video or text). LePage told the Legislature he plans to fast-track natural gas development, reduce energy costs in the state, improve education, pay the state's bills and not raise taxes. LePage also plans to sign an executive order today to form a task force to take guns from people convicted of domestic violence crimes.

Do you feel more or less optimistic about the next two years after last night's speech?
