On Nov. 4, Camden voters will be asked to consider a proposal that would allow three inns located within the town's Traditional Village Zone to serve dinner. Nine other inns have opposed the proposal, saying it would create unfair competition and discourage guests from patronizing restaurants in town. But Kristi Bifulco, the innkeeper who proposed the rule change, said it's a matter of fairness and that it would attract more people to Camden.
