MaineGeneral Health announced Tuesday that it was notified by the FBI in November of a cyber attack on the health organization's computer network. The FBI found MaineGeneral data on an external website, including the birth dates of some patients and emergency contacts' names, addresses and telephone numbers. The data identified by the FBI doesn't include Social Security numbers, patient names, health records, driver's license numbers or financial information, the hospital said.
