In a blog post explaining Jackson Lab's decision to increase the minimum wage of its frontline employees to $15 per hour, Executive Vice President and COO Charles E. Hewett wrote that the wage adjustment is not only a reward for hourly workers' increased contributions and productivity to the lab, but will also help the company retain and attract employees in the future.
