Local photographer nabs Old Port spot

Photographer Debora Strout is moving her business, FreezeFrame Photography, to a 400-square-foot studio on Exchange Street on April 18. FreezeFrame Photography is currently based at 82 Gilman St., which is a cooperative shared by six photographers.
