Learn, network, and gain advice on how to manage mental health issues in the workplace
The 2018 Mainebiz Health Care Forum
This year's topic: Mental Health in the Workplace
Mainebiz will bring together professional experts and experienced CEOs to discuss the best ways to understand and manage mental health issues in the workplace. The literature on mental health problems in the workplace suggests that in addition to the personal toll on employees there is a direct impact on the financial cost to companies. There are resources to help both employees and employers work through the challenges of coping with mental health issues. Business owners, human resource professionals, supervisors, and managers that attend will learn valuable information and advice.
