Darren Fishell

Online Editor
Darren, online editor at Mainebiz, started his journalism career as founding editor of a Patch.com news site in his hometown of Diamond Bar, Calif. That was after graduating from Bowdoin College in 2009. Maine had a lingering appeal that brought him back, in 2011, to a staff reporter post at The Times Record in Brunswick. At Mainebiz, Darren oversees online editorial content and social media and occasionally delves into print stories. He lives in Portland but has particular fondness for the Midcoast and the potato-producing north.
