Payroll Management acquires N.H. payroll firm
The Auburn-based Payroll Management Inc. has acquired Paychecks of New Hampshire in a move it said will expand its reach into markets in New Hampshire and northeastern Massachusetts. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The Auburn company said in a press release the latest purchase is its fifth largest acquisition since its founding in 1989 and noted the deal was prompted by the retirement of the New Hampshire company’s management. Payroll Management has clients in 39 states that it handles with 38 employees and five salespeople working out of its Auburn office.
