SALES for March 25

1517 Post Road, Wells: 35,000-square-foot retail property known as the Wells Corner Shopping Center sold to 1517 Post Road LLC for $3.0 million. Dan Greenstein and Charles Day from CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed on March 14.

281 Washington St., Auburn: 6,280-square-foot retail and industrial building sold by M&H Family Realty to Firedog LLC for $235,500. Derek Miller of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed on March 17.

SALES for March 18

35 Diamond St., Portland: 27,200-square-foot building sold to Rockingham Electric Supply for $1.75 million from Casco Diamond LLC. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed on Jan. 8.

Jetport Access Road, South Portland: 9 acres of land sold to Jetport State Building LLC by Brooklawn Memorial Park for $800,000. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers, and Frank O'Connor of NAI The Dunham Group, brokered the deal, which closed on March 7.

173 Main St., Thomaston:  5,220-square-foot office and retail building sold to Union Block Property LLC for $150,000 by TD Bank NA. Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed on March 14.

20 Bow St., Freeport: retail building sold to Take Two LLC by Freeport Group LLC for $800,000. The deal, brokered by Gregory W. Boulos of CBRE|The Boulos Co., closed on March 6.

18 Green Hill Drive, Presque Isle: office building sold by the Maine Rural Development Authority to Michael Scarks for $360,000. The deal, brokered by Tony McDonald and Stefan Keenan of Keenan Auction Co., closed on March 6. 

5 Middle St., Sabattus: one-acre parcel of land sold to Hunt RE Acquisitions LLC by Sabattus Property Holdings for $176,000. The deal, brokered by Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co., closed Feb. 28.

SALES as of March 4

15 Enterprise Drive, Augusta: Approximately 51,000-square-foot medical office building on 3.68 acres sold to MMAC Acquisition Corp. by Lot 18 LLC for $14.7 million. The buyer was represented by Eric Tompkins of CBRE | Global Investors. The deal, brokered by Dan Greenstein and Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. for the seller, closed on Feb. 19.

22 Wharf Lane, Ogunquit:  The Marginal Way House, a 30-room oceanfront inn, sold for $4.3 million to an undisclosed buyer. The sale was brokered by Daren Hebold of Lux Realty Group and closed in February.Stroudwater Street, Westbrook: 59± acres land, sold to J.B. Brown & Sons by Westbrook 1702 Inc. for $2 million. The deal, brokered by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers, closed on Feb. 25.

837 Portland Road, Saco: 18,975-square-foot industrial building on 19.3 acres, sold to T&T Leasing by PDB Ventures LLC for $1 million. The deal, brokered by Joseph Porta with CBRE|The Boulos Co., closed on Feb. 21.

172 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: Apartment building, sold to Tandem LLC by Maple Leaf Properties LLC, for $725,000. The deal, brokered by Ed Herczeg of KW Commercial/Maine and Mark Small of Portside Real Estate Group, closed on Feb. 13.

79 Portland St., Portland: Retail building, sold to Seventy Nine Portland Street LLC by James and Janet Raslavsky for $399,000. The deal, brokered by Ed Herczeg and Cheri Bonawitz of KW Commercial/Maine and Derek Miller of CBRE|The Boulos Co., closed on Feb. 26.

660 Main St. Saco: 1,400-square-foot mixed-use retail building on 2± acres sold to Sea Salt Holdings LLC  by The Iberdrola USA Foundation Inc. for $270,000. The deal, brokered by Greg Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group, closed on Jan. 24. 

61 Barra Road, Biddeford: Land, sold to Martin’s Point Healthcare by the city of Biddeford for $60,000. The deal, brokered by Tony McDonald, with CBRE|The Boulos Co., closed on Jan. 10.
