Trump to make second Maine campaign stop

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally Wednesday at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

Maine Public Broadcasting Network reports that Gov. Paul LePage will also be in attendance at the rally, but his role remains unclear. The governor introduced Trump at a March campaign rally stop at The Westin Portland Harborview Hotel.

"I was Donald Trump before Donald Trump became popular, so I think I should support him since we're one of the same cloth," LePage said on the conservative radio show The Howie Carr Show in February when he announced his endorsement of the real estate mogul.
