Cross Financial appoints new treasurer, vice president
The New England-based independent insurance provider Cross Insurance said it has hired Christopher Hersey as vice president and treasurer of its subsidiary, Cross Financial Corp.
Hersey will assume responsibility for expanding the Cross brand by managing the day-to-day operations for the accounting and treasury functions of Cross Financial.
Hersey has more than two decades of experience in the managerial and financial sectors. He is a certified public accountant and formerly served as treasurer of Dead River, a provider of heating fuels in northern New England.
“I am delighted with the opportunity to join Cross Financial, a well-respected and growing company in the insurance industry,” Hersey said in a press release. “I look forward to this new role and working within the Cross family of companies.”
