15 Lowell St., Portland: Office building sold to Maine Eye SPE by Tundra Associates LLP for $6.55 million. Dan Greenstein and Greg Boulos with CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 4, 2016.

10 Speirs St., Westbrook: 12,498-square-foot office building sold to York-Cumberland Association for Handicapped Persons by LP LLC for $1,292,500. Justin Lamontagne and Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Marc Fishman from Fishman Realty brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 14, 2016.

66 Noyes St., Portland: 13,164-square-foot mixed-use property sold to Portland Community Squash by Congregation Shaarey Tphilo for $1 million. Frank O’Connor and Sylas Hatch from NAI The Dunham Group and John Robinson from Remax brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 7, 2016.

9 Harding St., South Portland: 5,291-square-foot mixed-use daycare facility sold to Tim Q. Ly by TND LLC for $500,000. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group and James Benoit from Downeast Realty brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 17, 2016.

71 Industrial Park Drive, Saco: 6.4-acre industrial lot sold to LAW Calibration Company by Dan and Kathleen Hutchens for $60,000.  Kirk Butterfield of Investcomm Commercial Group and Greg Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 18, 2016.

24 Harriman Drive, Auburn: 15,351-square-foot office building sold to VIP Inc. by Patrons Oxford Insurance Co. for $1.375 million. Tom Moulton from NAI The Dunham Group and Andrew Ingalls from Malone Commercial brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 6, 2016.

511 Riverside Industrial Parkway, Portland: 34,800-square-foot warehouse building sold to 511 Riverside LLC by WES Inc. for $1.1 million. Greg Hastings and Brad Moll from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 29, 2016.

975 Main St., Sanford: 3 acres of land sold to Cumberland Farms Inc. by City of Sanford for $800,000. Craig Young with CBRE|The Boulos Company and Jay Wise with WRE Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed Oct 6, 2016.

41 Main St., New Gloucester and 132 Portland Road, Gray: 91,344-square-foot self-storage facility sold to Mid-Coast Properties LLC by K&S Properties Inc. for $4,778,500. Nancy Carleton of Carleton Real Estate and Cam Woodford of SVN|The Urbanek Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 30, 2016.

89 Industrial Park Road, Saco: 18,512-square-foot industrial building sold to 236 Main Street LLC by TreeHouse LLC for $1.05 million. Brad Moll and Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 4, 2016.

398 Maine Ave., Farmingdale: Car wash with separate retail building sold to Scott Family Holdings LLC by Tidal Investments for $300,000. Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 28, 2016.
