Just off the heels of being the only Maine eatery named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the best restaurants in the world, Eventide Oyster Co. of Portland said it will set up a new space near Fenway Park.

Co-owners Arlin Smith, Michael Wiley and Andrew Taylor filed to set up Eventide Fenway LLC in Massachusetts last week at 1321 Boylston St., Boston magazine writes.

The magazine said the new location notches up the debate around which eatery makes the best lobster roll in Boston.

Eventide has been on the radar for tourists and locals alike as one of New England’s hottest restaurants since starting in 2012, Boston magazine says, potentially being the buzziest oyster bar in the United States.

Its co-chefs, Wiley and Taylor, have shared the James Beard Award nomination for best chefs, Northeast, twice, among other accolades.

Eventide tested the waters earlier this year with a summer-long, pop-up eatery at Commonwealth in Kendall Square, Cambridge.
