Historic inn at Pemaquid sold

The 19th-century Bradley Inn at Pemaquid Point has new owners.

Lincoln County News reported that Tony and Laura Moskwa, formerly of Auburn, Calif., and their son, Ross Moskwa, purchased the 16-room inn and 75-seat restaurant, The Chart Room and The Slippery Hitch Pub, for an undisclosed price.

The Moskwas purchased the inn from husband-and-wife team Warren Busteed and Beth Polhemus, owners for 20 years, the weekly newspaper reported. (Another of the Busteed-Polhemus’s properties, The Contented Sole, is unaffected by the sale.)

The Moskwas closed on the property on March 30 and opened the inn two days later. They aren’t planning major changes and have retained the previous owners’ staff and chef.
