Big Brothers Big Sisters to move offices to Westbrook
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine is moving to 625 Main St. in Westbrook after more than two decades at 195 Lancaster St. in Portland.
The organization has leased 4,118 square feet of office space from 625 Main LLC.
Katie Millett of NAI The Dunham Group, Sam LeGeyt of Harnden Commercial and Jonathan Rizzo of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the lease.
Its official opening day at the two-story brick building is Feb. 26.
The organization said the new location offers more usable space, particularly for meetings.
It said in a news release it “will continue its strong commitment to serving Portland children affected by adversity and the adults who wish to mentor them.”
“BBBS looks forward to becoming an active member of the vibrant, growing Westbrook downtown area.”
The organization’s service area includes Cumberland and York Counties.
