Ellis will deliver an address on digitization, digital transformation, and the future of technology. Following the keynote speech, a panel of technology executives from local organizations will discuss driving business and technological innovation in Maine.

The panel, moderated by Whit Richardson, founder of Maine Startups Insider, will include David Cooper, CTO, WEX; Jeffrey Thomas, CTO, IDEXX; Nicole Bradick, CEO, Theory and Principle; and Nathan O’Leary, founder, Mainely SEO.

“I am incredibly excited for WEX to host our first public Tech Talk event,” said Smith. “Portland is a growing technology hub, and the city offers many opportunities to have a fulfilling and cutting-edge career.”

It’s being held Sept. 27, from 4:30-7 p.m., at AURA in Portland.
