The Masiello Group expanded its presence with the opening of a new residential real estate office in its Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont footprint.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group opened the office at 75 John Roberts Road in South Portland.
The Masiello Group said it is New England’s largest residential real estate group. The new office brings the Group’s presence in Maine to 16 locations.
“We are thrilled to be here in South Portland, an area that my team and I know inside and out,” Jon Safford, the group’s sales director, said in a news release
The business held a grand opening Jan. 12.
Safford said the opening “represents our commitment to residents coming and going while navigating the fluctuating market, as well as allowing us to become a part of the surrounding businesses and wonderful community.”
The Masiello Group is a second-generation family-run business whose history of residential real estate expertise dates back to 1966 at its first location in Keene, N.H. Since then, it’s expanded north throughout Maine with 16 offices, west into Vermont with two offices and throughout New Hampshire with 17 offices.
The addition of South Portland grows its presence in the southern Maine marketplace.
