A panel of experts will take a deep dive into Portland's site planning process at the Maine Real Estate and Development Association's Morning Menu forum on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
Speakers will include Kevin Kraft, Portland’s director of planning and urban development; Marieke Thormann, Fathom Cos.' vice president of development; and Will Savage, principal at Acorn Engineering.
In a discussion moderated by Boulos Co. associate broker John Finegan, panelists will share insights on how a development evolves from an initial idea to a finished project.
Breakfast will start at 8:30 a.m., followed by an hour-long panel discussion at the University of Southern Maine's McGoldrick Center for Career & Student Success. It is located at 35 Bedford St.
