Waterstone Properties Group Inc., the developer of Rock Row — the 110-acre mixed-use complex in Westbrook — is expanding its leadership team with a new hire and promotions.

Abigail Worthing has been hired as events manager. She is originally from Arundel. After graduating from the University of Southern Maine, Worthing began her events career in Los Angeles before returning to Maine. She has worked with several companies, including One Stop Event Rentals, Pinch Me Planning, Real Maine Weddings magazine. Most recently, she served as executive events manager for Thompson’s Point.

Andy Gendron has been promoted to director of marketing at Waterstone after a year as manager of events and sponsorships. He started his career as an events coordinator at Killington Resort in Vermont. After a 10-year run in the ski industry as director of marketing and events at Peak Resorts, he returned to Maine to raise a family. He also worked at Falmouth-based TideSmart as vice president of operations.

Lynda Adams has been promoted to operations and property manager. Adams has served as community and government relations manager for Rock Row since 2019. As operations and property manager, she works closely with Rock Row businesses, overseeing service vendors and assisting with events. Prior to working for Waterstone Properties Group, Adams had over two decades of experience in public service for the city of Westbrook. Adams is also a certified integrative nutrition health coach.

Jennifer Murphy Aubin has been promoted to associate director of marketing; prior to the promotion, she served as community engagement manager for Waterstone Properties New Hampshire properties portfolio. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire. Aubin spent 10 years in nonprofit business and economic development organizations with a special focus on art and culture.
Rock Row is a 2.6 million-square-foot mixed-use development and entertainment district built around a scenic 20-plus-acre quarry. The campus includes a Market Basket supermarket and storefronts for REI, Chase, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Cowbell, and other brands. It will also be home to the Rock Row Medical & Research Campus, which is scheduled to open next year.
