Uprise Partners, a Portland-based provider of information technology and cybersecurity solutions, has promoted Tyler Dunlea to senior director of managed services.
Dunlea joined Uprise in March 2024 as director of managed services and has been refining systems, expanding "tool set capabilities" and optimizing processes across the organization.
In his new role, he leads Uprise’s service desk, ensuring clients "receive fast, expert, tailored" support for software, hardware and network issues. Dunlea also oversees the advanced cybersecurity and proactive monitoring systems that protect and optimize client IT environments for operational stability, security and uptime.
“Tyler brings a rare and invaluable skillset to Uprise Partners. He’s able to dive into technical details to solve challenging issues, while also providing the executive leadership, focus and vision necessary to make meaningful improvements for clients and for Uprise as a whole,” said Malinda Gagnon, CEO of Uprise Partners. “His impact on our managed services team has been substantial, and this promotion reflects the strength and leadership he brings every day.”
Dunlea has more than 15 years of experience in managed services and engineering roles in diverse operational environments, including RoundTable Technology, Casco Systems, Sevee & Maher Engineers, Inc. and Seacoast Security.
Founded in 2017, Uprise provides enterprise IT and security architecture and management for a range of clients.
