On Thursday, November 6th, Mainebiz honored the young professional and rising stars of Maine’s business community for the 2025 Mainebiz 40 Under 40 Awards.
This special award recognizes outstanding young leaders who are shaking up Maine’s business community and leading us into the future. They come from a variety of industries and may be climbing the corporate ladder or charting their own courses as entrepreneurs. These individuals are now part of a select class of upcoming business leaders who share a commitment to business success and personal growth, along with a passion to help strengthen the communities in which they live and work.
A portion of all ticket sales were donated to the Mainebiz Business Leaders of Tomorrow Fund.
Established in 2009, the Mainebiz Business Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Fund provides support to a student at the University of Maine at Orono or the University of Southern Maine who is a resident of Maine in their third or fourth year pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a cumulative GPA of 3.0. There is a preference for students who have transferred from the Maine Community College System.
