“I am excited to join such a dynamic team and look forward to contributing to its continued success,” said Mosher. “Together, we will strive to deliver operational excellence and exceed the expectations of our clients.”

Mosher brings a long track record of driving organizational success through strategic workplace design and talent management.

Prior to joining Charter, Mosher was an assistant vice president at Tenant Engagement & Innovation and worked at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. She is also the founder and strategic consultant at Boldbridge Consulting.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mosher is a co-founder of the Kita Center, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing suicide by building environments that foster connections and engage individuals in lifelong mental wellness.

The Kita Center, created by the Mosher and her siblings, has evolved from a summer camp for children grieving a loved one's suicide into a broad-reaching initiative offering support, education and community for those affected by suicide and suicide risk.

Charter Oak Capital Management is a privately owned independent wealth management firm serving New Hampshire and Maine. The firm has six partners and 22 employees and currently manages assets of over $1 billion.
