Legacy Properties Sotheby takes 'team' approach with recent hires

A former officer in the U.S. Army is part of a wife-and-husband team of multi-million-dollar producers that recently joined Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty.

Ally Fuller began her real estate career in 2019 in Rhode Island after serving in the U.S. Army. In 2021, she moved to Maine, where she specialized in new construction and development of high-end homes and large subdivisions.

Will Fuller brings over 20 years of expertise in developing luxury estates, as well as property management, marketing and sales. In early 2018, he returned to Maine, participating in over $1.3 billion in sales volume and over 1,700 transactions in six years. 

Known as the Will Fuller Team, the Fullers are based in Legacy’s Portland office. 

“We are so pleased to have Will and Ally join our company,” said Chris Lynch, Legacy’s president. “They have earned a great reputation among clients and agents alike.”

Will Fuller has experience in the real estate industry, marketing and advertising. Ally Fuller seeks to curate a personal experience for clients, said Lynch. 

“Will and Ally are a perfect fit for our style of real estate brokerage,” he said. “They are extremely professional, client oriented, great communicators, and hardworking.”

Will Fuller is also a member of the development committee for Maine Behavioral Healthcare, the Portland Country Club and the Greater Portland Board of Realtors. He was president of the nonprofit Desert Bicycle Club in Palm Springs, Calif. Ally Fuller is also a member of Portland Country Club. 

Legacy has six offices and more than 100 agents serving Maine and New Hampshire’s coastal, lake and mountain communities.
