“I am grateful for and humbled by this new opportunity. Norway Savings is committed to making the communities in which it serves better places to live and work. It is such a rewarding experience to contribute to those ideals and ensure that the Bank remains a strong financial partner for its customers and the wider community,” said Easler.

Easler most recently served as vice president and loan operations manager, a position he has held since 2019.

He joined Norway Savings in 2012 as vice president and Saco branch manager. In 2016, he became vice president and retail loan center manager, overseeing mortgage and consumer underwriting, processing and closing teams.

Prior to joining Norway Savings, Easler held management positions at Wells Fargo Financial and KeyBank.

The Hollis resident received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Thomas College.

“In addition to his highly regarded care of customers, Randy has also been a constant supporter of the Bank’s GROW program, serving several times as a learning partner for fellow team members that have reached out for guidance and to grow,” said Dan Walsh, president and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. ”His leadership and expertise will allow him to flourish in this new role.”
