David, left, and Daniel Kleban, middle, co-owners of Maine Beer Co. in Freeport, talk to brewer Paul Aho about a new pilot brew. The company is adding a 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Westbrook to accommodate its increased production.

Maine Beer Co., which is wrapping up a 24,000-square-foot expansion of its Freeport brewery, will add a 30,000-square-foot storage and distribution site at 15 Saunders Way in Westbrook. In each case, the extra space is to handle the brewery's increased production. The Westbrook space is being built by J.B. Brown & Sons and is expected to be completed in June. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and the tenant by Derek Miller, both of CBRE | The Boulos Co.
