1569 Forest Ave., Portland: 1,352-square-foot retail investment property sold to Fifteen Sixty-Nine LLC by Grace Street Trust for $550,000. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 9.

79 Mellen St., Portland: 1,728-square-foot retail building sold to Quinn’s Bardega LLC by Tony & Joe LLC for $450,000. Katie Millett from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 16.

Riverbank St., Winter St, and Main St., Sanford/Springvale: 106 apartment units in 21 different buildings sold to White Bark Properties LLC by George Sleeper for $4 million. Thomas Gadbois and David Jones of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 5.

325 Bath Road, Brunswick: 50,000-square-foot mixed-use building on 25 acres sold to 325 Bath Road LLC by John G. Morse & Sons LLC for $1.8 million. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 11.

12 Rochester St., Westbrook: 6,195-square-foot industrial building sold to John Benoit by Robert G. Eaton for $455,000. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 15.

474 Main St., Gorham: 3,220-square-foot office/retail building sold to Kristo and Merita Papailia by Amy and Paul Gorsky for $315,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 25.

10 Mill Brook Road, Saco: 1,494-square-foot industrial condominium sold to BBK Investments LLC by Baha LLC for $210,000. Michael Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Greg Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 10.

1085 Brighton Ave., Portland: 7,440-square-foot office building sold to Opportunity Alliance by 1085 Brighton Ave. LLC for $880,000. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 10.

218-230 Bartlett St., Lewiston: 20,118-square-foot office building sold to Advanced Heating Solutions LLC by 230 Bartlett Street LLC for $650,000. Chris Paszyc and Tim Millett of CBRE | The Boulos Co. and Kelly Barrett and Raymond Baker of Century 21 Advantage brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 19.

10 Business Park Way, Turner: 6,963-square-foot commercial building sold to You Land Convenience LLC by Central Maine Veterinary Hospital for $360,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 26.
