2 Anchor Road, Bath:  6,421-square-foot mixed-use building on 1.5 acres sold to Regional School Unit No. 1 by Thomas Dahike for $464,000.  Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Nov. 30, 2017.

2118 Post Road, Wells: 1,152-square-foot restaurant sold to Morency Capital Partners by Green Marine Corporation for $310,000. Scott Balfour and Jeffrey Lapointe of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 15, 2017.

311 Alfred St., Biddeford: Two-unit office building sold to Ismael Maldonado and Lisa Bouchard by Nadeau Legal PLLC for $275,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate and Chrissy Goyet of The Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 30, 2017.

14 Tory Hill Drive, Buxton: 6500-square-foot 55-unit storage facility sold to MSP Storage Associates LLC. of Falmouth by Hollis Acquisitions LLC for $275,000. Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 1, 2017. 

4 Royal Ridge, Road, Scarborough: 9.69-acre land parcel sold to 4 Southgate LLC by TD Bank for $250,000. Tom Moulton from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 13, 2017.

510 Alfred St., Biddeford: 55,899-square-foot retail building on 8.45 acres sold to OSJ of Biddeford LLC by JPMCC 2006-LDP6 510 Alfred Street, LLC for $3.925 million. Drew Sigfridson and Derek Miller of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Gerald Lavallee of CBRE Providence brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 24, 2017.

105 Main St., Bangor: 22-unit apartment building with retail space and an adjacent parking garage sold to CSGBANG LLC by Brick & Mortar Holding Group Inc. for $1.875 million. Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller and buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Nov 28, 2017.
