Narragansett Street & Route 112, Gorham: 61 acres of land sold to Moody’s Co-Worker Owned Inc. by Hannaford Bros. Co. for $1.2 million. Charlie Craig and Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 30, 2016.

576 Washington Ave., Portland: 6-unit apartment building sold to 576 Washington Ave LLC by Peter and Gladys Richmond for $590,000. Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed July 13, 2016.

583 Warren Ave., Portland: 4,768-square-foot office building sold to Green Clean Maine LLC by Casey & Paige LLC for $425,000.  Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers and Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 16, 2016.

6 Rockwood Drive, Portland: Office building sold to Pine View Real Estate LLC by Sportag Associates LLC for $420,000. Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour and Chris Paszyc of The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 16, 2016.

46 Veranda St., Portland: Commercial building sold to Ottoman Properties LLC by James MacDonald for $185,000. Thomas Carter of Reali Realty and Craig Church of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 15, 2016.

124 Brackett St., Westbrook: 2-unit apartment building sold to Ultimate Property Management LLC by HMH LLC for $255,000.  Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Associates LLC brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 15, 2016.

66 Leighton Road, Falmouth: Office building sold to Karingy Holdings LLC by Benji & Gabb LLC for $810,000.  Drew Sigfridson and Catie Cardner of CBRE The Boulos Company and Jim McFarlane of Keller Williams brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 14, 2016.

23 Smada Drive, Sanford: Self-storage facility sold to JHK LLC by Adams Park Storage LLC for $600,000. Cam Woodford of SVN|The Urbanek Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept.1, 2016.

65 Gray Road, Falmouth: 15,000-square-foot shopping plaza sold to Maine Exchange Service LLC by North River 65 Gray Rd LLC for $2.44 million.  Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers and Craig Church of Magnusson Balfour Commercial & Business Brokers brokered the deal, which closed August 31, 2016.

39 Wallace Ave., South Portland: Office investment building sold to 2239 Odlin Road LLC by 39 Wallace Avenue LLC for $2.25 million. Craig Young, Tony McDonald and Charles Day with CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 30, 2016.

535 Ocean Ave., Portland: Office condo sold to Peter and Jackie Swett by a seller who wished to remain anonymous for $179,000. Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate (representing the seller) and CJ Dubois of Keller Williams (representing the buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 17, 2016.
