WEX makes No. 20 on Forbes Best 100 list
South Portland-based Wex, formerly Wright Express, was included on Forbes magazine's list of "America's 100 Best Small Companies" for 2012, marking a fifth consecutive year on the list.
In 2011, the national business magazine ranked the fleet payment processing company 30th and this year placed WEX at the 20th spot in its annual list.
Forbes began the ranking of small companies in 1996, according to a press release.
WEX was the only Maine-based business to make this year's list.
