Marketing and Web firms Vont, Integra merge
The Westbrook-based digital marketing firm Vont LLC and Portland-based Integra Strategic Technologies Consulting LLC have merged. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to a press release from Vont parent company Ethos Marketing, also based in Westbrook, Integra will relocate to Vont’s Westbrook offices early this year and the company will operate under the Vont name.
Integra develops e-commerce websites, content management systems and Web applications for clients including the Maine Credit Union League, the Maine Association of Nonprofits and the Specialty Food Association. Vont manages digital advertising campaigns for companies like Boston University, Oakhurst Dairy and the Wild Blueberry Association of North America.
