John McCarthy of Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty brokered the deal, which closed January 15.

23 Saunders St., Portland: Apartment building sold to Saunders Street Apartments LLC by Robert & Marie Munson for $345,000. Vince Ciampi of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Cash Wiseman of Keller Williams brokered the deal, which closed February 13. 

5-7-9 First St., Farmingdale: 3 mixed use buildings sold to Tidal Investments by 200 Elm Realty LLC for $198,000. Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed February 17.

 84 Warren Ave., Westbrook: Fairlane 500 Business Park, a 7-building complex totaling 55,275 square feet and 10.47 acres of land, sold to Delta Realty by Fairlaine 500 Industrial Drive LLC for $2,950,000. Chris Craig and Tom Moulton of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed December 18, 2014.
