Commercial development proposed in Thomaston
A developer is proposing to build an 11,000-square-foot commercial building in Thomaston that has already landed Aspen Dental as its first tenant.
The Bangor Daily News reported that the proposed building would be located on the Wal-Mart Supercenter campus on Route 1.
Thomaston Code Enforcement Officer William Wasson told the newspaper that Aspen Dental will occupy 3,500 square feet. The building will have three other spaces available.
