Cordjia acquires Portland tech firm
Cordjia, the private equity firm recently formed by several former MBNA executives in Maine, has acquired a Portland-based technology and consulting business.
HCI Systems Asset Management LLC yesterday said that Cordjia, which is actually based in Delaware, had acquired a majority stake in its business, according to a press release. Cordjia's investment in the company, which will be called HCI Solutions LLC, will accelerate its growth into new markets, grow its staff, and continue the company's development of proprietary software, the release said.
