Gardiner credit unions to merge

Members of Riverview Federal Credit Union in late April voted to merge with Gardiner Federal Credit Union.

The merged credit unions will operate under the Gardiner FCU name and be led by Gardiner FCU President and CEO Phil Bergeron, Catherina Blais, manager of Riverview FCU, told Mainebiz this morning. The merger is expected to close in early June.
