Maine Information Network LLC renewed its lease of 6,116 square feet of office space at 45 Commerce Drive in Augusta from 45 Commerce Drive Leasing LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. The tenant was repped by Sam Weatherby of Jones Lang LaSalle.
VETRO FiberMap leased 5,827 square feet of office space at 12 Mountfort St. in Portland from 86 Newbury Street LLC. The landlord was represented by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group and Austin Barrett of T3 Advisors. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co.
ConvenientMD leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 20 Belmont Ave. in Belfast from Parkingway Management LLC. The landlord was represented by Michael d'Hemecourt of Harborlight Advisors. The tenant was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.
Innovative Stop Loss Solutions LLC leased 1,239 square feet of office space at 1 City Center in Portland from One City Center Associates LLC. The landlord was represented by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group. The tenant was represented by Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers.
Maine Conservation Voters leased 2,181 square feet of office space at 320 Water St, Floor 2, Augusta, from Dirigo Industries LLC. The deal was brokered by Emily Theriualt of Pouliot Real Estate.

OnPoint Health Data subleased 23,227 square feet of office space at 12 Mountfort St. in Portland from Covetrus. The subleasing deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group, Austin Barrett from Savills and Nate Stevens from the Boulos Co.
Garrand Moehlenkamp LLC leased 5,373 square feet of office space at 16 Middle St. in Portland from 16 Middle St. Associates LLC. The deal was brokered by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co. and Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co.
Oileaf LLC leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 71 Pleasant Hill Road in Scarborough from RNB LLC. Greg Hastings of the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Resurgam Investment LLC leased 4,185 square feet of industrial space at 125 John Roberts Road in South Portland from SJ Realty. The deal was brokered by Joseph Italiaander and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. and Asher Chappell of Maine Realty Advisors.

The Maine Department of Administrative & Financial Services leased 3,720 square feet of office space at 6 E. Chestnut St. (the Ballard Center) in Augusta from Augusta East Redevelopment Co. LLC. East Coast Property Services LLC leased 204 square feet of office space at 5 Bragdon Road in Kennebunk from Adams Investment LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour represented both parties in the deal.

Epstein & O’Donovan renewed a lease for 6,040 square feet of office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. The lease renewal was brokered by Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia, Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.
Maine Connections Academy Inc. leased 3,114 square feet of office space at 600 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. The deal was brokered by Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group and Emmett Peoples from Porta & Co.
Kitchen Cove Cabinetry & Design LLC renewed a lease for 2,092 square feet of retail space at 330 Forest Ave. in Portland from Oakhurst Properties LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group brokered the lease renewal.
