Urban Air Trampoline Park takes flight in South Portland

A former South Portland retail space that was once home to a Marshalls department store is bouncing back into reuse, as a local developer looks to open the state’s first Urban Air Trampoline Park franchise this fall at the vacant Clarks Pond retail space.

The Forecaster spoke to Anthony Dill, who has a long-term lease on the 31,000-square-foot space, which would be one of the largest Urban Air Trampoline Park franchises in the country when it opens.

“We just thought it was really neat and a really cool activity for kids of all ages and ability,” Dill told The Forecaster. “It’s a way for them to have fun and not even know they’re exercising at the same time.”

Dill added that he anticipates employing between 45 and 60 mostly part-time workers when he begins hiring, according to The Forecaster.
