Event Description
This 8-hour ServSafe® Course from 9:00am - 5:00pm helps prepare you for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam.

The course covers these topics:

-The Importance of Food Safety
-Good Personal Hygiene
-Time and Temperature Control
-Preventing Cross-Contamination
-Cleaning and Sanitizing
-Safe Food Preparation
-Receiving and Storing Food
-Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling, and Reheating Food

The exam will immediately follow the course.

Students will receive the ServSafe® Manager Book 7th Ed. revised, diagnostic exam, and practice exam approximately 2 weeks prior to the course.
