3 Willow Run, Auburn: 7,500-square-foot office/industrial building sold to Knowble Holdings LLC by L-A Med Ventures for $750,000. Justin Lamontange from the Dunham Group and Bill Bergeron from Fontaine Family Real Estate brokered the sale, which closed April 30.
142 College St., Lewiston: 8,049-square-foot multi-family sold to Sherwood Properties by undisclosed seller for $715,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and James Ernest of the True Wind Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed April 18.
9 Spruce St., Augusta: 5,530-square-foot medical facility sold to Mansell LLC by MaineGeneral Medical Center for $680,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Ben Spencer of CORE (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed May 1.
75 Pine Tree Industrial Parkway, Portland: 42,918-square-foot industrial building sold to CCRE 75 Pine LLC by 75 Pine Tree LLC for $7.23 million. Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from the Dunham Group and Jon Rizzo from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed May 1.
15 Route 236, Kittery: 8,760-square-foot industrial building on 3.75 acres sold to Sleepy Hollow Development Inc. by GCBRE LLC for $1.5 million. Sylas Hatch, TC Haffenreffer, and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed April 30.
202 Park St., South Paris: 6,472-square-foot retail building sold to Ron and Mel Ramsey by the Estate of Joyce A. Colby for $600,000. Shelly Everett from Everett Realty Group brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 23, 2024.
615 Main St., Westbrook: 1,440-square-foot retail building sold to NTN Real Estate LLC by Nittany LLC for $500,000. Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Jim Pepin of Sprague & Curtis Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed May 5.
123 Darling Ave., South Portland: 58,902-square-foot office building sold to SRC Properties LLC by Darling Avenue Realty LLC for $6 million. Drew Sigfridson and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. 100 Waterville Road, Skowhegan: The Snack Shack sold to Erin Hall by Brady and Jennifer Chapman by undisclosed seller for $400,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed May 2.
1 Summer St., Gardiner: 0.55- acre parcel of land sold to Iron Heights LP by city of Gardiner for $90,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed May 13.
