Here’s a roundup of commercial sales in Maine first published in the Tuesday Real Estate Insider during November. (The Thursday Real Estate Insider compiles real estate leases.)

30 Ocean Ave., Kennebunkport: 1,980-square-foot retail/residential building sold to Sarah Newton Morris by Carla Perkins for $1,206,735. Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Corey Tracy and Heidi Maynard of Pack Maynard and Associates Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 24. 

163 Main St. and 60 Washington St., Biddeford: 18,612-square-foot mixed-use building and 216-square-foot drive-up ATM bank building with 8 parking spaces sold to 163 Main Street LLC by 208 Main Biddeford LLC for $850,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 20.

120 Thadeus St, South Portland: 2 industrial condominiums sold to undisclosed buyer by Black Dog Sailing for $765,000. Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 25.

25 Pegasus St., Brunswick: 4,843-square-foot office building on 0.84 acre sold to B.C.P. LLC by 14 Willey Road LLC for $690,000. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group (representing buyer) and Tim Millett and Emmett Peoples from Porta & Co. (representing seller) brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 24.

97 and 98 Bridge St., Augusta: Two multi-family buildings sold to G & G Holdings LLC by Bridge Street West LLC for $522,000. Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Real Estate and Ben Spencer of CORE brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 14.

52 North Ave., Sanford: 2,407-square-foot duplex building sold to Andrew Smith and Reid Shostak by Talal Alzefiri for $443,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Greg Colby of RE/MAX Home Connection (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 17.

245 Commercial St., Rockport: 35,234-ssquare-foot office building sold to the Anchor Church by Camden National Corporation for $2.75 million. Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Rachael Umstead of Lone Pine Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 19.

19 Gurnet Road, Brunswick: 29,000-square-foot retail building sold to Pathway Vineyard Church by  BrunswickMZL LLC for $2 million. Derek Miller and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Faith Fontaine of Keller Williams Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 26.

30 Spring Hill Road, Saco: 9,550-square-foot industrial building sold to 30 Spring Hill Road LLC by Alan Wolf as qualified intermediary for $1.6 million. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 31.

383 Commercial St., Suite D, Portland: 1,388-square-foot office condo sold to Jason Jabar by Deering Property Development LLC for $650,000. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and John Jabar of Harborview Properties (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 31. 

1877 Congress St., Portland: 4.04 acres of land sold to Stroudwater Commons LLC by Portland/St. Albans Corp. for $353,000. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Claire Richardson from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 31.

285 Northport Ave., Belfast: 54-acre site with 6,000 square feet of former water district buildings sold to Upstream Watch d/b/a Penobscot Bay Waterkeeper by Nordic Aquafarms Inc. for $1.5 million. Tim Millett and Joe Porta of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Ben Spencer at Core Firms (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 3.

330 Commercial St., Rockport: 8,815-square-foot retail building sold to Pond Hill Properties LLC by Rockport Center LLC for $1.075 million.  Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 2.

2401 Congress St., Portland: 5,661-square-foot office condo sold to Shamrock Properties LLC by the American National Red Cross for $940,000. Derek Miller and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. and Stacie Wiczulis of JLL (representing seller) and Tony Donovan of Spectrum Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 15.

105 Atlantic Ave., Old Orchard Beach: 2,634-square-foot motel sold to 105 Atlantic Ave LLC by Patricia A. Keegan for $840,000. Chris Gallagher, Joe Italiaander and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 30.

220 Danville Corner Road, Auburn: 2.69-acre parcel of land with 8,548-square-foot 13-bed group living facility sold to South Grove Lodge LLC by Spurwink Services Inc. for $700,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Sam Marinko and Greg Boulos of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 16.

272 Lewiston St., Mechanic Falls: Dance/banquet hall with additional rental spaces sold to 272 Lewiston LLC by DLR's Silver Spur LLC for $650,000. Debra Morin with Maine Source Realty and Shelly Everett with Everett Realty Group brokered the deal.

180 Danville Corner Road, Auburn: 8-acre parcel of land with 3,528-square-foot 8-bed group living facility sold to Delish LLC by Spurwink Services Inc. for $575,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Sam Marinko and Greg Boulos of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 16.

161 Ocean St., South Portland: Heirloom consignments business sold to EBRO Ventures LLC by Heirloom Consignment LLC  for $20,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 31.

Alfred Road, Lyman: 1-acre lot sold to Raymond and Sandra Bernier by University of New England for undisclosed price. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Nov. 5.

50 Cove St., Portland: 17,031-square-foot retail/industrial building sold to McGrupp LLC by Random Orbit Inc. for $2.2 million. Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group and Anthony Struzziero from Porta & Co. brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 13.

780 Narragansett Trail, Buxton:  6,000-square-foot retail building sold to KER Properties LLC by Alan Wolf as qualified intermediary for Gregory & Mark Patterson for $1.25 million. Greg Hastings and Frank O’Connor from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 19.

65 Main St., Damariscotta: 1,764-square-foot retail building sold to Maine State Credit Union by Moonlight Property Management LLC for $800,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Dean Jacobs of Newcastle Realty (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 29.

239 Ocean St., South Portland: 1,621-square-foot commercial building sold to Spurling Holdings LLC by Neil Mountain LLC for $605,000. Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Joe Atwood of the Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 10.

337 Maine Ave., Farmingdale: 4,860-square-foot office building sold to Maine State Credit Union by JBCB LLC for $600,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Jamie Brennan of eXp Realty (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 29.

10 Market St., Scarborough: 1,369-square-foot retail condo sold to AKSK Property Investment LLC by 10 Market Street LLC for $445,000. Jon Rizzo and Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Alex Pirleci and Heidi Nottonson of KW Commercial (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 6.
