120 Thadeus St, South Portland: 2 industrial condominiums sold to undisclosed buyer by Black Dog Sailing for $765,000. Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 25.
25 Pegasus St., Brunswick: 4,843-square-foot office building on 0.84 acre sold to B.C.P. LLC by 14 Willey Road LLC for $690,000. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group (representing buyer) and Tim Millett and Emmett Peoples from Porta & Co. (representing seller) brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 24.
97 and 98 Bridge St., Augusta: Two multi-family buildings sold to G & G Holdings LLC by Bridge Street West LLC for $522,000. Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Real Estate and Ben Spencer of CORE brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 14.
52 North Ave., Sanford: 2,407-square-foot duplex building sold to Andrew Smith and Reid Shostak by Talal Alzefiri for $443,000.
