70 Haigis Parkway, Scarborough: 10,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Pace Line Holdings LLC and Hopkins Place LLC by Seventy Haigis LLC for $2.375 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 26.

Lot 1, Cyr Drive, Gorham: 15.50-acre lot in the Gorham Industrial Park West Campus sold to These Pretzels Are Making Me Thirsty LLC by the Town of Gorham for $1.11 million. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 13.

30 Cumberland St., Brunswick: 4,088-square-foot historic Brunswick 6-unit sold to undisclosed buyer by undisclosed seller for $1 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Robert Whisenant of RE/MAX Riverside (representing buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 25. 

22 Union St., Biddeford: 4,536-square-foot Biddeford triple-decker sold to undisclosed buyer by Graham St LLC for $801,000. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Troy Williams of Keller Williams Coastal Realty (representing buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed July 25.

300 Southborough Drive, South Portland: 122,042-square-foot office building sold to MaineHealth by Metro 300 LLC for $20 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group (representing seller) and Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed July 1.

124 Fletcher St., Kennebunk: 3,560-square-foot office building sold to Samuel Bush by RFK Properties LLC for $550,000. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Daniel Roche of Kennebunk Beach Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 28.

725 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: 4,808-square-foot commercial building sold to Ralph Anthony Fanti by the Estate of Eleanor R. Heidrich for $500,000. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 3.

0 Ossipee Trail, Gorham: 2-acre lot sold to MCG Gorham LLC by All Purpose Storage Gorham LLC for $335,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Michael Alberico of Atlantic Retail Properties (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 29.

425 Fore St., Portland: Business assets sold to Barkada LLC by 425 Fore Street Suite 500 LLC for $225,000. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 2.

74 Gray Road, Falmouth: 12,097-square-foot medical office building sold to Teamaire LLC by Leighton Road LLC and Three Sons Realty LLC for $3.115 million. Tony McDonald and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) arranged the deal, which closed July 22.

197 Lisbon St., Lewiston: 25,000-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Scruton Block LLC and 197 Lisbon LLC by Bradford & Conant for $2 million. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Shawn Boulet of Meservier and Associates (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 23.

1 and 3 Newall St. Fairfield: 10,342-square-foot 17-unit multifamily portfolio sold to JB Realty Rentals LLC by North Country Investments LLC for $1.25 million. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Rylee Knox of EXP Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 7.

Route 1, Wiscasset: 2.36 acres of land sold to private investor by undisclosed seller for undisclosed price. Jim Boyle of Colliers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 1.

715 U.S. Highway 3, Bar Harbor: Coach Stop Inn sold to CSI Realty Group LLC by J&A Enterprises LLC for undisclosed amount. Dana Moos of Swan Agency at Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 9.

162 US Route 1, Scarborough: 6,492-square-foot office/retail building sold to Little White Dog Holdings LLC by David Guilmette and Judith Guilmette for $675,000. Joseph Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 9.

94 Patterson Road, Limerick: 4,000-square-foot retail building sold to Blue Iris Acres LLC by Willow Tree LLC for $873,872. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 5.

143 Pottle Road, Oxford: 10,080-square-foot office building sold to Porter Dunn Investments LLC by Spurwink Services, Inc. for $500,000. Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Tim Millet of Porta & Co (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 5.

146 Manley Road, Auburn: 2.53-acre parcel of land  sold to Homes For All LLC by Stanley Sawyer and Ralph Sawyer for $199,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and David Jones of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (represetnting seller) brokered the deal, which closed July 24.
