Known by some as “the Machine” due to his drive to get deals done, Noah Stebbins was promoted to partner at the Boulos Co.
“Since the beginning, Noah — the Machine, as some know him — has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, a strong work ethic and an unwavering drive to get deals done,” said Nate Stevens, the commercial real estate firm’s managing partner.
A Biddeford native now living in Portland, Stebbins attended Lewiston’s Bates College, where he played four years of football, excelled academically and co-founded the Bates Real Estate Club.
He went on to gain business development experience at HubSpot, a Cambridge, Mass., developer and marketer of software products, and later specialized in restaurant and retail leasing as an associate at Boston Urban Partners.
He joined Boulos in September 2019 and has a track record of client success and strong market knowledge, the firm said.
Founded by Joseph Boulos in 1975, Boulos is a commercial real estate firm serving owners, investors and tenants, with over 45 employees in Portland and in Portsmouth and Manchester, N.H.
