After more than a decade specializing in commercial real estate in York County, Suzanne McKechnie has launched McKechnie Commercial Realty at 33 York St. in Kennebunk.
McKechnie works across all sectors — office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, investment and development land — combining market data and regional trends.
“When you work with me, you have my full attention and commitment,” she said.
Before entering commercial real estate, her career included director roles in tourism promotion and economic development, health care educator and trainer, co-founder of a scuba diving instruction company with a retail shop and café, and community and public relations publishing, marketing, community outreach and event planning for a hospital and health care center.
She said the diverse roles honed her skills in negotiation, marketing, strategic planning and relationship building.
The goal for her firm is to ensure clients receive personalized strategies, responsive communication and a results-driven experience, she said.
The long-time York County resident participates in local business and economic development initiatives.
