Exit Oceanside Realty training to include AI and social media

Exit Oceanside Realty in Wells will host real estate trainer Steve Black for a training event on Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. at 913 Post Road, Suite 4, in Wells. 

The 75-minute session will go over strategies in artificial intelligence, social media and personal branding designed to help agents in today’s fast-changing real estate market.

Topics will include topics on how to:

  • Use ChatGPT strategies to streamline listings 
  • Apply Facebook and Instagram growth hacks for engagement and referrals
  • Leverage reels and video strategies 
  • Learn buyer and seller scripts 
  • Implement AI tools and apps to automate workflow
  • Run virtual open houses 
  • Elevate personal brands with 30 professional photos.

Participants will receive a seven-page worksheet.

Black has been featured on FOX, ABC, CBS and NBC.
